Camera Mount
Does anyone know of a source for a rollbar mount for a video camera? I would like to record some of my first 'Track Days' experience next Fri.

where are you going to do your track time and when?
I have a rollbar camera mount but it was made for me by a friend of mine in Atlanta.

Contact any of the motion picture equipment rental houses you find on a google search. They have all kinds of specialized camera mouting gear for rent or sale. Also try Mathews studio equipment in hollywood, if they don't have it they will know where to get it.

I/O Port makes a great camera mount. I've got one that I mount to my roll bar. To protect the finish, I slit open a 4 to 5 inch long piece of radiator hose, wrap it around the bar, then tighten the camera mount about the "hose wrapped roll bar".

Try the following site. Looks sturdy enough and not overly expensive.
