Odd request from California.

Hi guys,
There is a Triump Sprint ST for sale in Austin.

My daughter fell in love with this bike, and about to jump on a truck to head on that way.

Is there anyway someone familiar with sport bikes could take a look at this bike for us and save her couple of thousands of miles of driving just incase it is not what it is advertised.

I would be glad to pay you for your expenses and your time.

Turk, I can't believe no one from the Austin Area stepped up to help with this! Maybe you should change the header to mention Austin or something...those guys are great and I know that someone over there is passingly familiar with British bikes...Come on, Austin, help our bro!

I don't know much about bikes, but I have a good friend who might be able to help with this look see - e-mail me or get me the particulars as to name and location of this bike and we'll go look - take some digital pictures and see if we can't help a little with this.

As a matter of fact, three of our Texan friends offered to help.

Offers were made in private and I appreciated everyone of them.
Just so happens my daughter took off for a Florida vacation at the mean time, and put this on the back burner as far as I can tell.
