Need info on what's the requirement to register a Cobra in Texas. I'm a resident of Texas living out of state. Home of record is El Paso, TX. Web site would be helpful.

DMV = TXDOT ( Texas Dept. of Transportation ) many assume the DPS do it but the law is setup by TXDOT and DPS enforces it.
