alright, Hartford's in Lewisville (whatever that is, wherever that is), and have I seen in years gone by that ya'll did a drive for "toys for tots"? What about bringing an unwrapped toy? If that doesn't work, then ok.

11 a.m. ok. Chris, Mr. map-poster, will you be kind enough to post a map to Hartford's in Lewisville? Thanks!

Kristen

Default Address and Map

Well the specifics are:

T J Hartford's Grille & Bar, 1960 S Stemmons Fwy Lewisville TX 75067 (972) 316-1960

it is on the east side of 75... right past hooters.

if you are coming north on 35 exit at the 3040 (hebron) exit and stay on the service road

South bound exit corporate go east, turn right at Lakepointe and then right...I am not sure of the street name but is right before the extended stay hotel...

Default AER Toys For Tots

Just talked with Tom Severs at AER.

The TOYS FOR TOTS at AER is :

Saturday, Dec. 4th
10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

If you have checked their website it says dec. 6th which is WRONG.

I forgot that AER always does their Toy drive the 1st Saturday of December. We have participated in this the last 3 yrs and I would recommend we move the lunch to Addison somewhere and then cruise to AER. Don't think I'll have the GT40 up and running by Saturday as I have a Transaxle leak and waiting for some new axle seals but would still plan to come.

Any suggestions on where to have lunch? We could go back to Champs, or On The Border etc. Calling Mr. Meadows!!!!!

I knew there was something we did in December for a meeting but could not put my finger on it. I think we have made this just about every year since the club was formed. What say you people.....should we change our meeting to AER and go to Hartfords another time. AER is good to the clubs and I would like to see us attend and go to breakfast. What do ya'll think?

Gary.
I'm going to post this on the other thread as well.

Angry I can't be there this month,............

but if I could, I would vote to include the AER Toys for Tots in our plans. There really isn't any reason not to do both as Hartfords is not that far from AER. AER is just south on 35 to Belt Line and then East on Belt line.
