Question 2005 Spring Meet Hats & T-Shirts

Last year we had some nice T-shirts available. Stuck, are you planning anything for this years meet?

I have been talking to Ryan and he doesn't have the time to do the shirts...Not to mention he loses money on them because they didn't sell everything.

Do we have anyone that can do a design for this year?

Default T-shirts

Might be late for T-shirts.

Let me see what I can do and we can go from there.

Gregg,

Ryan and I have an idea but I don't know that we can get them printed up in time. Let me know if you have a source and we can do a order it get it deal and nothing more for people that want them. We will hopefully finish the idea tomorrow but I don't know where we will get to.

Thumbs up Bring the Leftovers!

I didn't realize Stuck didn't sell everything last year. Ryan, bring last years leftovers to the hotel. I bet you will sell them. Do you have any more XL T-shirts left. I'll buy two more if you got them.

My wife,Debra, is in the business and can do T-shirts, your design or hers. She is currently doing some jackets, polo shirts and caps for Houston Cobra Club. We will be bringing some extras to sell among some other items. I think everyone there will be impressed with the items. If you would like her to do some T-shirts, you can e-mail her at dgrabowski@gdxinc.com. She would be more than willing to discuss this with you.

Thanks Dave for the offer Gregg and I will let you know....on the other side of things please be very careful with the selling thing...we do not allow active selling of items in Austin...we just don't want it to turn into a free for all of people trying to sell things to us....been the rule from Day 1.

Please try to remember to bring something for the table for " Wyatt's Meds". Put a suggested donation on it ( and your name on the back if you want it returned to you if is not picked up and you will get it back.) No sales, all donations for Wyatt's ongoing meds until he gets out of the woods. The items do not have to be new, just fun things people would want. Nothing obscene and no rubber chickens. Matt, we will be expecting something Irish from Murphyville since it is ST. Paddy's weekend, and hopefully someone will bring a "keep Austin Weird" t shirt for someone who doesn't live in Austin. If you see something you really want, it's yours even if you can't pay for it. We only ask that you keep Wyatt in your prayers. I purchased two t shirts last year and was surprised at how many were left. They were really nice shirts and washed and wore really well. Like Ed said, bring them and I think you will find they will go, much like the SCAT t shirts from past years. SXSW festival is going on in Austin Mar 11-20 and it has really grown in the last 10 years. Films (first run) and bands down on 5th? street every night. Ed, did the hotel say security would be done by the Round Rock police or is it local security. We have Barney Fife guarding the nuke missles here at Barksdale since all the troops are in the desert. Can someone bring some TCC decals? thanks, see yall next week
Tommy

Default Shirts and Website

All,

Well I am in the process of "rebuilding" the TCC website and can also have an area where we can sell stuff... so we could offer TCC stuff in the future

or say if there is left over shirts/etc. from this years sale... setting up the "store" will be easy once I get to the new host I have picked out

Just a thought...

See you in austin

Chris
