I really wanted to bring the GT40 to Austin, but didn't get some of the stuff done I was changing. I have new pics in my gallery now for anyone interested in seeing it now!

WOW!!
Gary,
That is an awesome GT40! It appears to have more room than a cobra, both laterally and footbox ? Since you have had them both, is this the case?

Gary,
The car looks great.
I have a question. Is this snakeyes old car? And didn't he get his from Cal Metal? Not trying to be smartass. I really don't know. I do like the car though.
Some day!

Well here's a few answers to your questions.
Pretty tight like a Cobra. I'm 5'11 and 210 and fit in it great. Seat is thin for those skinny English guys,,, but don't think 6'2 would fit, even with the Gurney bubble. This is the way the orignial GT40 was, however. I think the new SPF GT40 has a bit more room, so I hear!
Yep this was Snakeyes and Cal Metals old car, I bought a year ago, now with lots up updates, detailing etc. Car still only has 1480 miles on it. I also put new tires on it as the car was built 9 years ago.

The real issue when you are tall is upper body or legs. 6'1 with long legs, probablly not as your knees most likely would hit the dash board. If you tall with more upper body, maybe the ones with Gurney bubble like mine, give you that extra room.
