Looks like I will not be there this year, as too much going on at work. I may try and slip away and shoot up early Friday to go to the road races for the day and maybe a quick cocktail for the trip home!

I am planning on being there Friday through Sunday with a few engines and parts to display. May bring my 69 Shelby GT-500 4speed car I got a couple af months back. The Kirkhams are suppose to come if they can and bring my car and pick up there engines as well. Hope to see some of you there. Let me know if there is anything you would like for me to bring. Thanks, Keith Craft

Sorry guys!!! Won't be able to make it this year. Matt and Gary, I have reserved the usual 4 golf carts. Do you want them or do you want me to cancel? I am leaving early Wednesday so will need to know Tuesday before 5pm or so. Have fun and be safe.

I'm in. Coming up Thursday the 9th, with 24ft trailer and F250. Would like to leave the trailer at the Marriott parking lot, because we are having to stay at the Renassance hotel a few miles away. Marriott has been booked since April.... Hoping to grab a cancelation between now and then.

we need a golf cart to shuttle everybody from the different hotels! I don't even remember where I'm staying. I will park the trailer/ and or truck at Marriott. Either drive around in the cobra or truck. hmmm.
Working on a cancellation, too!

For those of you that had to make reservations at somewhere other than the Marriot, as I did, they had a bunch of cancellations this morning and have some rooms available. If you guys and gals don't mind hangin with an Okie, I would like to set up with youins. I understand you have a little corner all to yourself. I'm heading up on the 8th with trailer and can help if you need. Looking forward to it.

Buzz hope you get evrything going so you can have your car there. Give me a call if you need anything. I will be happy to look things over if you make it. I think we will parked in the back of the parking lot since we will have a Toterhome and trailor. I believe they will have the guys from Unique Performance close to us as well. Looks like it is going to be a big event. I think we will have some good news coming out at the Saturday night dinner. Keith

Just got my room at the Marriot. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone there. As a first timer, I'm wondering if some of you veterans can give us the lowdown on what goes on and where during the day. I should be arriving Friday afternoon sometime.
I'll be mounting the sidepipes this weekend and doing my first shakedown outings this weekend. I hope by next weekend I'm confident enough to make the drive over to Tulsa. I'll bring plenty of duct tape & bailing wire just in case.

Hotel called me yesterday and said they have rooms again. Looks like they are billing the first night now after June 1 and many are canceling now to save that $ 89.00 charge vs waiting until next week. Since I could get a room, I've decided to go up early Friday am.........
Matt and Gary,
What time will you be leaving for Hallet on Friday am?
