Memory help por favor
I've been trying to work on Alan's Cobra scrapbook and can not remember what took place when. And since there's a few missing months, I'm hoping the Dallas folks could help fill in the blanks.
August was Ernie Bell's in Forney
September ?? IHOP maybe?
October??
November??
December - Champs/AER Toy Run/airplanes
January - Pappas BBQ
February - OTB/KCM
I know we went to some Cuban place down near the Granada one of those months.
Thanks!
Colleen

Are you seeing a problem when 2 of the youngest members (we are both 27 right?) can't remember what happened a few months back?
The Granada is on Greenville and it probably was Oct.
We've had such nice weather that they are all running together. It'd probably be easier to do this in places where the seasons were all 3 months each, rather than 2 weeks of winter , and 11.5 months of Spring/Summer/Fall.
I've also got pics of that Cruisers place in Frisco. That was a night meeting. Hey, that was probably October because there was discussion of anniversaries and ours in October.
And there's also pics from a night outing to Keller's. Keith Craft was in town and Gary S drove the GT40 down. Not a meeting but I think it happened the same day as a meeting.

Miss 66,
Suggestion..... Just fill in the blanks with anything, won't make any difference !! Within 6 months, you won't remember where you put the scrapbook anyway !! :-)

looks good to me! I missed the Cuban place on Greenville. And, January. The oct. meet at Cruiser's was fun, as evidenced above.....
Colleen- glad to see you're starting to scrapbook again! Must mean things are coming along with the house.

Bo - That's the reason for the scrapbook - so I have something to jog my memory. But maybe I will throw some random pics on a page and make up a meeting and see if anyone notices that they're listed someplace they don't remember being.
Fred - I'm totally snagging that pic to put in the scrapbook. And thanks for confirming the locations - my calendar is on repeat month to month "TCC Lunch CK web for location"
Kristen - Yep, things are moving right along. Alan's not there much so we refer to it as Colleen's House that Alan Bought Me. I've actually got all my pics cropped from the house build and ready to go. But the Cobra book was feeling neglected so I thought I'd work on that a bit too. And that's just 2 books. I can't imagine juggling 5 of them like you do.
All - Alan swears that he's looking at the IPOD thingy in that picture. I'm not sure I believe him.

why in the world would he look at uh, anyone else's 'goods' when you've got a beautiful 'decolletage' yourself! I would give a lot (but not the knife) to have that endowment!
yeah, he's looking at the ipod
take the eons of time to go thru my gallery, and you can pretty much see the places we go..... (missing ones though would be tough)

Alan was diverting his eyes just like Thomas did.
Cobra guys wouldn't behave any other way.
I do wonder about that gleamer of drool on Alan's chin though.

Re: Drool on Alan's chin
I guess someone should try and help defend Alan.
I'm sure there is a simple explanation for what just appears to be drool.
It has nothing to do with him being 1.5" from and mouth level with ____.
1. It was a hot early fall night and it was sweat.
2. It being hot there was condensation on his glass and it dripped on his chin.
3. Alan was just contemplating the food he was ordering.
Alan, let me know if I helped any.
