huh! noooo, Mr. Woodard was off enjoying the sun in the Galapagos Islands!
Don B. ran the show. (as well as Dawn Stokes) not sure who the instructor was in my group; there were 4 yellow vettes circling like vultures, with these little trains running behind... I'm sure it was a sight....
(most of the participant cars at this track day were new vettes. very fast! A couple of Lotus's, too. faster than the vettes)
Looked like a ride at Six Flags, just a wee bit faster!!!
There was a girl- 19 yo Lindsey Adams- running only her second SCCA (?) race that weekend. She was flying around there during her practice sessions. Wow! what a car...
Lindsey, zooming along...
oh, and btw, she wasn't fast enough to be in my 'driving group'.
(j/k)

yes, she (or her family) works next door to me at Tomlin Investments. I have to look at all the beautiful Bentleys, GT, Lambos and race cars everyday.... what a life the Tomlin family has!
almost as good as Matt Tice's

wow, James and Buzz! I wondered if she was related to the 'team tomlin' folks- that's what's all over the crew, and that massive big rig. Or, if they just 'sponsor' her, as a friend, etc. Her last name is Adams. Hmmm. Her stuff is hot pink; mom was taking zillions of pics, and she also was wearing hot pink. The crew was all in the red and yellow.
Buzz- wow! Didn't realize it was the team tomlin that had the crash you mentioned. Oddly coincidental that the only formula pic I posted was the 'girl' part of the team.
I have a pic of another formula car. It's on film, not digital, so will have to get a magnifying glass to see the number.
here's Buzz's pic: (of the Tomlin crash)
and, Buzz's brother: #44 (did he hit or miss!!!!????)

I actually have a pic of the pink car spinning, but I don't think she hit anything...not 100% sure.
