Third Anniversary!!!
Sigh, Most of us look forward to anniversaries, this one however, has not been pleasant. Exactly 3 years ago today, I signed a contract with Daryl Holliday Motorsports in Huntsville, TX to build a Cobra replica. Delivery was to be "in 8 months to a year" Now, 3 years later, promised delivery dates have come and gone, I have retained an attorney to sue for breach of contract and still do not have a firm completion date. I do have a letter from Mr. Holliday's attorney stating in part, "Mr. Quillin's car will be completed by the end of March". Oops, you kinda missed that one guys, March was what,6 month's ago? I particularly regret missing this year's " Gathering on Lake Conroe" since it's so close to home. Obviously, I have no choice but to keep Mr. Holliday's feet to the fire and one way or another I will soon be driving a Cobra replica. (For more interesting facts concerning Holliday Motorsports, go to Rich Lihou's thread "Website Dedicated to Daryl Holliday Motorsports" in the Consumer Watch forum of this site,10/16/2006).
