Yep. There is one known negative though (other than the obvious up-front cost) ... in cold climates truckers hate them since there is no heat from the bulbs to melt off the snow, and getting to the bulbs at the top of the rig to scrape off snow is not the easiest thing to have to deal with in the early morning. For you and I, no problem though.
FWIW, LED headlights do generate noticeable heat and the bulbs need to be heat-sinked. Though they still consume negligible power compared to halogens, etc.
