Need Wheel Help
I bought a set of used wheels from a gentleman off this site and turns out one of the fronts is out-of-round and needs to be replaced. But I don't know the manufacturer. Based on these photos and descriptions, can anyone identify this? The seller said they were 17x9's.
Polished 17x9:
Here's the back. (no, I don't clean the back of my wheels...)
Note all the wheel weights trying to balance it.
On the inside is stamped: T17X09 OJDOTARE 2PCE 0599 007 S1 1
I might guess that could mean Trigo 17x9 2 piece wheel made in May of 99? Um, and sold to James Bond 007?
Here's my setup. Please disregard the leaking coolant on the frame beyond!
Thank you in advance for any help anyone has to offer.

Being that they are pin drive and 17", my guess would be PSE.
Don't know if they have a website or not though, sorry.
Maybe someone else can add more info or know for sure who's wheels they are.

Miles,
I agree with Larry. It looks just like the PSE's I have on my car. I read recently where Lynn Parks sold PSE but the contact info remains the same.

I hope that's still current. Maybe someone will correct me if that info has changed.

MadMiles, is your wheel out of round or is it bent? That ammount of weights isn't unheard of to balence out a wheel. Most often it's the tire and not the wheel that causes the need for additional weight.

I had a similar problem some years ago when i lived in San Antonio. I found a shop that fixed the wheel. I did a quick web search and found this site:

Good Luck

After one shop explained the front tires were from 1999 and probably shot, I sprung for new Michelin Pilots up front. The wobbling continued, though not as bad. They can balance it for about 40 miles, then it starts shaking all over again. Continuously getting worse. Literally undrivable after 150 miles or so.
I've had three different places (KCM, North Central Ford and Discount Tire) tell me the right front wheel has been bent and "fixed" back into place. They say it needs to be replaced. That's the history on what got me to present.
North Central Ford did the rim-out test to confirm the wheel is out-of-round. They actually mounted different tires on the same rim and got the same results.
Thanks for the info, guys, I really appreciate it. I'll get with PSE and get the process started for a new wheel.

Miles,
Before you give up on that wheel there is a shop here in dallas that may be able to fix it. Check out http://www.wheelrepairbyadam.com/wheelrepair/ they are probably only 30 minutes from you so it may be well worth your time. If they can get you fixed up it will be much quicker that the wait you will have to get a new one made.

Lynn Park has sold TRIGO Wheels. Phil Schmidt owns PSE Wheels, I believe.
