David's toys....
hmmmmm. how about a couple thousand acres of ranch land???
tractors, trucks, trailers, hogs, cows, cows, cows, bulls, feeders, haulers, tanks, (ponds) harvesters.
then......deer blinds, deer feeders, jeeps, freezers, etc.
i don't touch his guns, he doesn't touch my cars.
Yeah, i'll take a picture of his 'toys' sometime!!!
(that big pretty rig i haul my trailer with is his daily driver! )
This week for the 500 is looking good!!!!!

oh, and bought a few things for my trip to Austin next week, and also to outfit the trailer for the long haul to St.Louis and Run n Gun.
Impact wrench to remove lugs on trailer tires. heavy duty floor jack for trailer. heavy duty chocks. lightweight chocks for cobra. tire inflater/compressor. power converter.
two new wheels and tires for trailer. still need to get tie straps and storage unit for trailer, where after run n gun my trailer guy installed the tracks in it.
need to be able to stow my junk better.
hey, i wonder if i could get a tow package for the 500?? with a platform, open, lightweight trailer i could haul the cobra and have BOTH cars at a meet! wow! the possibilities!!!
I'll keep ya'll posted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kristen,
I hope that your car gets there this week. You are going to do a lot of walking to take pictures of a few thousand acres of land unless you also buy an airplane.
I hope it is ok for me to post here as I don't belong to the club.

Hey Kristen!
Well, how is it?
Save some of the rubber on those tires, you are going to need them tomorrow too.

Kristen at a loss for words. Make a note of this as it most likely won't ever happen again.
Congratulations on finally getting the car. Pictures please.

hehehhe. think i did a little breakin drivin' this evening.....
I had a stupid moment and 'suggested' David drive it to terrell this afternoon!
well he did.
Evidently his 'goal' was to let no one pass him.....
only went about 80, he says....
So.... i take my father in law for a test drive.... got up to 100.... not too bad, but more traffic than i like, so that was it. two lane 'highway' (hwy 205, connects Terrell and Rockwall)
so.... little bit later, and i take my MOTHER IN LAW for a little ride.... much less traffic, dusk but not dark..... well i'm not gonna tell ya..... but she was happy we 'beat' my father in law!
so. enough of that!
at 70 it feels just fine; like a 'normal' car going 55....
80, and it feels really smooth, and 'in the groove'...... 90+ wellllll..... hehehehehe!!!!!
guess i ought to put a couple of hundred miles on him before i take it to the track???
lower it. hmmmm. yes, gary m. suggested that, too. hey, Mike, it wouldn't be much different than the Cobra!
changed the 'instrument cluster' color to vivid blue.... hmmmm you can change colors!!! feel like a 'ricer'!!
i can have purple or red or icy white or neon green.... maybe more!!
need to learn the channels for Sirius; the Suburban has XM....
gotta go!
Kristen
