Getting ready for Austin! (the fluff thread)
Everybody ready??
Doing anything 'special'???
Today, i gave Pepe a real wash, polished wheels, all chrome, and finally painted the sidepipes! Drew the line at relettering the tires. too much work!!
Still need to armor all, and vacuum.
then load him up! The trailer is ready, and got brought in from the farm on Thursday. Thanks, David!!!
My tools are ready, the trailer has two new wheels/tires, and all set. Gotta go get a tool chest at Sears tomorrow. The new E track is gonna work out nicely.
Also today, tidied up "Paddy". (my pick for the 500's name )
played around at dusk taking a few pics.
I'm really excited and ready for Austin!
masked off.
notice anything 'different' or 'missing'????
(i'm sad; Sam (Sssammy), you should notice)
oh yes. the truck and trailer in the front turnaround, ready to go!
(taken from the front seat of the Shelby, just home from the dealership. )

didn't take him for a ride, tho'.
he'd have a great time in Austin, and the hog would fit right in....
i'll tell him you've invited him!!
ps. ONE COULD NEVER HAVE TOO MANY TOYS!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!
there is room for another lift.....

Pepe looks great!!
Evvverybody who has been looking at Pepe since Run N gun knows what's missing, Kristen! You FINALLY took the #3 meatballs off How did that go .. any problems with adhesive not letting go? Any, he looks perfect .. I see you have put the spats on, good idea!
The photo of Pepe and 'Paddy' is giving me a case of ***** envy And you don't even have one
BTW, my suggestion for young Shelby's name is 'Pablo.' Pepe and Pablo .. this IS Texas!!
See you all in Austin!!

Kristen, since you're done with your cleaning, you can come on over as I haven't started.
We DO need to start praying for a little nice weather. They're calling for rain Fri and Sat.
Fred sure looks good sitting next to Pepe....

That's why it's going to rain, Kristen washed Pepe.
Kristen, you better call Tom so he can fix the weather.

Kristen, I love the newspaper look. It works for you. It'll never blow off as slow as you drive...LOL
I've been scrambling trying to get everything done with the coupe, kids, and work. I finally finished the A/C system and charged it today. 48 degrees and blowing cold... I sure won't miss sweating the summer heat!
See you Friday,
James

better prepared than usual.
ya'll would be proud of me!
have left david a todo list for the kids....
lunches friday, uniforms for baseball, softball, soccer....
how's this:
#2 at school by 6:45!!!! saturday morning for bus to track meet.
#4 soccer game 30 minutes away at 8!!!!
#3 softball practice at 10:30-12:30, 10 minutes away.
#1 baseball game at 2:30, 10 minutes away.
amazing how it all fell into place.
i have left him the cell# of cutie girl neighbor (beautiful mom!) that would be happy to help cart the girls around.... think he'll call her????
she's mighty purty, and got 'enhanced' just a few months ago.... nice and perky!!!

I am still trying to figure out why david does not want to play with the cobra toys...
I am excited... if all goes to plan this will be the longest stacey has been in the cobra
So the "enhancements" must not be to the neighbor I know... that was done years ago

I'm with you Chris, just don't get it.
Kristen goes to Austin with (mostly) a bunch of guys and leaves him the phone number of the milf next door. Wowsers.
I'd be more inclined to tell my wife that the handsome Mr. Johnson down the street had a terrible accident where he fell from the roof right onto the fence which crushed his groin...

Looks like I will not make it down on Thursday as planned. I will be there ASAP Friday morning. Hope to leave Dallas by 7am or so. Maybe I can make there and un-trailer in time for the Oasis departure.
