Cool! Congrats James and Jeannie!
Maybe that's why they weren't in Austin last weekend?

Thank you all
Hi All,
Yes, it has been even busier than normal for us....
First off, thank you all for your thoughts. And for those of you who sent Jeannie flowers, called or visited, we will be getting "thank you"s out soon!
A little background. Jeannie's water broke back in Feb. and she had been on hospital bedrest for almost 6 weeks when they decided to do the C-section. Caiden James Baldwin was born on 3/29 - over 2 months early but everything is going very well - all things considered. He dropped to 2lbs. 12oz. but is now up to a whopping 3lbs 1oz. (almost as big as Meadows' big toe).
Jeannie is home but Caiden will be in the hospital for up to another 2 months.
As for the car stuff... A Florida Shelby Dealer picked up the car last week (on behalf of the new owner) and went directly to the Goodyear booth at Barrett Jackson... I have not seen pictures but if anyone has images from Barrett Jackson, please send them.
SO, life has changed a bit but I have not lost interest in cars or the group.... just have to divert the small amount of free time I once had for cars to helping Jeannie raise a kid (to minimize the chances of him turning out like me).
Thank you all again for your thoughts and we look forward to catching up with you all again soon
Best wishes,
James and Jeannie

wow, James! what a blessing after such a scary time!
My first son looked like 'tinkerbell' (what we called the iv on top of his head) and he's now a 6' tall, 16 yo sophomore!
I have nothing but best wishes and prayers for you and Jeannie, and Caiden.
Coming home from the hospital 'without a baby' is tough, but he is in the best place. wow what an ordeal!
thinking of you.
fondly,
kristen

Great news, friends! We were able to bring Caiden home one week ago. We are on a strict feeding schedule to keep him gaining weight leaving us with little sleep (one of us with a lot less). He weight was 5 lbs 6 oz on Monday. We go back for another weight check next week. I'll see if I can get James to post a picture of our little guy.
Miss you all!
Jeannie
