My outstanding weekend in College Station just might have cost me this weekends activities. The car is back up on jacks, and I can't figure out the clutch problem I thought I fixed. Also, the oil drip is starting to increase. Looks like I need to take it to a pro for some help.
If I show, I'll go. If not, have fun damn-it!

Um, I'm only counting The Parkers, Jdean, Jim W and myself as drivers. Plus reliable Sammy as a passenger.
Do I have that right, 4 cars?
Come on folks, the rain is supposed to break this weekend! Let's get out there while it's still in the 80's!

I spoke to Jim Creel and he said he was going to try and make it as well, so that brings us up to 6 cars. What about Matt and David with their Ford GT's?
Also, what about Randy Riley, John Ross, Fred Busy and others?

I'm sorry some of you can't make it - you will be missed. The good news is more are adding their names to the list. Jim Creel and his friend are confirmed now and Don Wallace and Tom Meadows as well. Don Barnes is going to drive a chase vehicle, his F350 with some 5 gallon jugs of fuel, tools and a tow strap! At AER tomorrow I'll see who else we can convince to join in.
The current list of confirmed or potential confirmed is: Madmiles, Parkerpower (2), Tom Slick, Tom Meadows, Steve Seitz (?), Jim Creel, Jim's friend, Don Wallace, Don Barnes and the Woodards. That's 11 vehicles so far.

Jim,
Sorry, the parts didn't come in Friday. So I'm a no show. But we might drop by AER this morning. We have to give Jay a present, if he's there.

Jim,
Are we still planning to leave the Cracker Barrel at 9:30? I think we'll have breakfast and want to get there early enough.

Wow Jim, you're ready to be a meteoritist.
Plan on LEAVING Cracker Barrell at 9:30. If you roll in at 9:15 and say "Let's eat" then get your blueberry pancakes To Go.

Miles,
I'm not sure about a meteoritist, but maybe a meteorologist! Ha Ha,
See you in the morning.
