Thanks All! You made this a terrific trip! For those that couldn't make it, you missed out. The weather was better than I anticipated. No sun beating down on us, perfect temperature and only a few rain drops. No break downs, good eats, great roads and beautiful scenery. What more could you ask for. Well maybe better seats in the car.
Thanks to all the club members for making this such an enjoyable cruise.

Another fine spring ride! As Tom said, the weather held back and we had a cloudy cool day with a few sprinkles. We stopped at Eagles Canyon Raceway (see pic) but were not able to get in due to storm damage Sounds like we need to go back when they are open, Jim
Here's a short video of Miles and I driving in the light rain .. not bad, keep the car moving and we stay dry
That Was A Great Time. Looking Forward To The Next One. Nathan Didn't Have To Dodge Turtles This Time, But The Birds Got Him. One Hit His Hood And Bounced Up On The Windshield. Didn't Hurt The Finish On The Car At All. Bird Did Not Fair Too Well

ewwww!!!
didn't hurt the finish.... that's a good one, Richard.
that mirror finish is spectacular.....
Hope it didn't slide over the windshield and hit him in the face!!!
My day was a total bust.
Wish i had gone.
instead, this afternoon i tidied up Paddy, and cleaned Pepe very well. All done except engine and vacuum. Need to condition the leather as well, but the windshield, chrome and of course the car all got wiped down and polished well.
The bugs from two weeks ago were starting to petrify!!!
Also, lowered the lift and put the charger on Gus. Dusted him off really well, and need to trade him out with Pepe for the top so I can drive him some this week.
The 500 had a couple of bugs on him from the drive to AER yesterday, so wiped off the front, etc.
The Yukon XL looks like $hit. who cares.
it's gonna rain. maybe it'll wash the dirt off.
I wish i had gone and glad ya'll had a good time.
Maybe i can do the next one.
Post some pics!!!!
oh and Jim, you do a GREAT job of planning these; keep going!!

Well hopefully, someone else will step in and plan one of these. I'm running out of ideas right now. The 2 we have done so far have really been neat drives and I'm sure there are many other fun driving roads in and around our area. Maybe something heading east or southeast would be good. Any ideas!
Regarding going back to Eagles Canyon Raceway, I'd be happy to set that one up. I'll check with Linda Cook and maybe we could do it for our June meeting? What do you think?
