Default Good thoughts for John Ross

John is going in for surgery on his right arm this morning. He tore his right bicep brom the bone(YUK) Keep him in your thoughts and prayers today. Doesn't look like he will be able to drive his cobra during the summer. Six months of rehab at least. Prayers are with ya John. By the way he won seven dollars last night playing poker at my place BFD

Jay

Best Wishes John!
My brother tore both biceps (seperately) and I saw him go through the rehab. DO THE REHAB!! It's boring as hell, but will get your range-of-motion back.
Hang tough.

Hi John,

Been there done that. I tore mine pitching fastpitch softball. The harder you work at therapy, the sooner you'll be driving that gorgeous car of yours! Best wishes for a speedy recovery John.

John,

Get well soon.

If you get board not being able to work on your projects you can always hang out at my warehouse and supervise mine, I can defiantly use the help. The refrigerator is always full of beer.

Gary and Sammy.... I think John could easily come to ya'll's garage and do some supervising!! And, I bet raising his arm to sip on a beer every few minutes would be perfect therapy.

What better Rehab/Therapy could you have than shifting gears in your beast?

Best of luck - let me know if there's anything I can do to help.

Default Speedy Recovery

John,

Now is the time to start doing 12 oz curls with the left arm. I hope your recovery is a quick one. Take it easy and let the Dallas folks pamper you for awhile.

Thanks all.

I'm still alive. talking with the doc it will be about 4 weeks before i can handle 12 oz curls and 2-3 months before i can try and shift the cobra.

i am gonna work on the doc to put me in a splint or cast for tulsa. i figure if i can catch 2 gears i can make the sonic cruise

thanks for all your wishes it helped cause the doc said surgery went great. me im still on pain killers so i am doing fine too
