Default Fat Daddy's Tonight

Fat Daddy's has a show and shine and the first beer is on the house. Fat Daddy's is located in the Casa Linda SC, S.E. corner of Garland & Buckner Blvd. They usually get a collection of bikers however tonight is our night...let's make it Cobra Night!

Lovdablues, JDean, Parkerpower, yours truly, will be there about 6:00pm or so. I've got some show and tell stuff from the SAAC-32. We can also talk about Automotivation Program needs...spread the word.

Hey! It's "OVER THE HUMP" night for all gainfully employed...Let's celebrate!

Hope you can make it.

See you there.

Yes and the weather was great for a drive. AND the few of us in the Cobra group seemed to have won a disproportionate share of the raffle prizes. Heck Kristen you won, Larry R. won twice, and Steve won. That was half of us!

5 prizes, we won 4! hehehehe!!!!

hey, Steve. If you wanna trade the tshirt for the cap ok.
that tshirt is too big for me (but of course makes a good sleep shirt like all my car shirts) and the cap is too girlie for you.

Richard.... doing a little dance or ants in your pants???

well we all were disappointed this wasn't the car being raffled. we decided I would have won it anyway, and I just don't have room for ANOTHER car right now.... although i've thought about two lifts for another little car i've had my eye on....

only $205K. that's with a slight discount, with it being a demo and all.

with an infant seat and all!!

here's my harem of b!tches. always me with all these dudes. oh well, somebody's gotta do it!!!
3 of the guys wives were off SHOPPING! ugh. what a chore!!! I think i had more fun and well more free beer anyway.

they first gave away a coupon for a free meal at fatdaddy's, then the raffle for the cap (steve won) then the drawing for the tshirt (which i won) then the second tshirt (which i AGAIN won, but graciously allowed the ticket to be redrawn) and Larry won, and then Larry won the '50 50' which was $25 and he graciously made a speech about the 'operation comfort' with the Automotion fund drive, and donated the $25 to the drive. way to go Larry. what a good guy.
here are the 3 big winners:
Steve, Kristen and Larry

fun time and too bad more didn't show, but figured this is now my regular crowd and gosh we're having fun!
between cruises, drive in's and track time we are having a ball with our Cobras! Anybody wanna join us????

seeya next time!!

Sorry "K", the girlie cap was swiftly confiscated by my youngest.

Thanks to all for being hospitable to my buddy who rode with me. He said he now understood why I like to attend our events.

BTW, the whining during hard exhilaration started getting louder last night. I'm thinking it's the bushing holding the transmission shaft at the block. Looks like it's time to pull something again.

Another thing,

Over the last year I've attended a bunch of Cobra and non-Cobra events for shows or gatherings. One of the few things I like about the large city (DFW has over 5.5 million?) is you don't see the same folks over and over. The opportunity to see different cars and meet different people at every meet is great.

Example, the two bucket-T's last night were very nice.

So Steve does that mean you are tired of seeing my car? Or maybe just tired or hearing it?

Just kidding, but I do agree with Fat Daddy's claim of having the best burger..... man it was really good.

Well if anything happens in August, I will likely miss it because of work stuff, dang it.

As soon as Annie's back on the street, you'll have another member of the mid-month "Cobra Crew"
2 weeks or so...
