K,
You may be the first person in the history of this site to use the word busom.

Unbelievable. You get a PERFECTLY shaped woman and leave it to a woman to point out big neck, wide shoulders, thin legs and perky "busom" as being detriments. I know, Brad Pitt isn't clean-shaven, is always eating candy, is too short and his eyelids droop too much. I'm sure when he's older he'll be nothing but a little toothless bearded blind shadow of himself trying to bail his kids out of jail.
So, if you're not crazy about that outfit, like this one? it offers flattering vertical lines, plunging neckline, bare topped to show the hard upper body work you've done this winter, and not too short to indicate that you're promiscuous. Really quite lovely.

Miles,
Sorry to hear your news on both fronts. Here is to a better job, more money (or more honey, which ever you prefer), and no lapse in insurance.
The eye chart says I need to get my bi-focals redone.
Glad you all are so supportive of my transmission choice.

I have seen better faces on horses but how can you complain about anything else.
Here is an outfit that I find becoming:

I agree with Clois,
I'm just not sure about the face. Miles, is that a GUY????
Clois, Run and Gun is not on the schedule or budget. We (my family) just returned from an Alaska cruise, and we're feeling a bit of sticker shock. But the scenery was fantastic:
Also, I got a bug at Mid-America about the Vintage Racing. So I'm doing some investigation what it's all about, and maybe next year........

I am sure David is eyeing that car and your possible ticket.
Did he make ask you to slow down?
That 500 is too much for you, maybe you should give it to me for a while.

Hmmm. You might be right about the face. Never really noticed.
Steve, I've got the Vintage bug too. Can't wait to hear about your Alaskan adventures.
John, cheers on the No Lapse In Insurance. This isn't the kind of COBRA I was thinking about....
Okay, so anyone for a weekend get-together? A bon-voyage to my god given femur?

Miles, can they save your femur as a souvenir? I think it could be plated and would make a great shot glass Real conversation piece ...

Vintage sounds good... or really I just want to concentrate on Road Courses. Not ovals, or drags.
Miles. I cannot meet tonight, probably not Saturday, and not sure about Friday. how's that for committment????
Just plan a thing and see if anybody can make it.
I will be HAPPY to come visit in nurses uniform of choice next week.

I'm not sure why Amy wouldn't let me put my replaced parts on the mantel. A sort of triumph over pain reminder.

Miles,
I'm fearful that operation is in my future also, and I'm alergic to PAIN! As far as a get together...we are making a border Rx run this weekend and won't be able to make it, however TGI Fridays in Addison has a car show Sunday in the shade, band (live), beer, margaret eaters, beer battered green beans, plus great trophies, and Miles they are a Brimker competitor.
Have fun!
See you all Sept. 1st where ever.

I just read this thread and I'm here to say that I will definitely be at Run-n-Gun this year!
Kristen, you will surely be missed and I wish you could make it. Steve and Miles, come on and just hang out if you don't want to drive. We have so much fun anyways...
Larry, I'll see you there in the upgraded beast of yours...
Take care all, James

James,
It's not that I don't want to drive or even go, it's scheduling and my allowance. I just signed contracts to design two real nice buildings , and my available manhours are limited in the office. Two guys can only do so much. Finding Architects to hire is almost impossible in Dallas.
Also, I'm really interested in looking into a Big Bore A or B Production vintage racing vehicle, and my wife only gives me so much allowance.

You could make a shift knob out of it.....probly a better look for a Rat Rod than a Cobra though.........

Steve, you will certainly be missed. I was hoping to follow you around the track this year and study your lines...

JAMES!!! I thought you were just looking at my rear end.
Larry R and I are heading down to TWS in a couple of weeks to watch the Vintage Races. Going to talk with some of these guys to learn a lot more, and see if it's as much fun as it looks. I do understand it's as expensive as it looks. I've been communicating with the driver who launched his GT-350 over turn 4 at Hallet during Mid-America.

maybe, if I remember!
SCAT things aren't posted 'over here' very often.
(sometimes Gary or Bob will post it)

I hope to make it with the family. We may also try to join the SCAT club at the TMS Laps for charity on September 8.
http://speedway2.timberlakepublishin...?contentid=479
I've done it a couple of times and while not as exciting as true track time, it was fun. They let me take one of my kids with me and it was a great way to get him excited about cars.

I would love to do the laps for charity thing at TMS. I've run the Cobra there a few times, and would really like to get out there at this very low, very new level with the 500. I might be able to make it happen. I never know, though.
It looks like they want a pretty good rsvp/count for the laps thing. I'm gonna run it by my hubby, and maybe it'll work. Gotta check the calendar with kids things.
Might make the SCAT picnic. never know!!!
look forward to meeting you or seeing you at something.
the Dallas group seems AWOL to me.
