Thank You
Thank you all for all the kind words. Just about half way on this deployment. Can't wait to get home and relax and enjoy the family. I will be thinking of you in March when the Austin meet rolls around. Have a great turkey Day today and stuff yourself for me. Just another day in Baghdad.

Gregg,
Keep your head down, and enjoy some turkey. I am not an American, but believe me, the majority of the world knows and is mindful of the hardships you endure to keep us safe and free. You and the troops are in our prayers.

A Thanksgiving to remember
Thanksgiving 2007 was a day of firsts. Spending the day with a few(thousand) of my closest friends and comrades. Had a great meal of Turkey, roast beef, lobster, shrimp, dressing, mash potatoes, candied yams and corn and that was the starters. The cakes and pies where great. Yes I tried most of them.
The only thing was missing was my lovely wife and my two boys. I did get to call them and wish them a Happy Thanksgiving. Next year I plan on taking the whole week off and cook.
Thank you all again for prayers and kind words. The support of the American people and others around the world have a great impact on our morale. We are doing great things in Iraq. Just can't tell you
Enjoy the weekend and be safe.
