I'm only dealing with an entire new front door (door, sidelights, transom, etc) and a beautiful NEW fridge/freezer!!
Of which i have received neither, but have bought the fridge, but not yet the front door.
i tell ya, it is always something!!!!!

Thanks, but no thanks with these inflated home values. Texas is lagging behind both coasts, but the the values will drop significantly before this is all over.
