Will anyone be here Tues night or Wednesday morning? Mat, Buzz and I can mark off your territory on Tuesday night. We will put up the tape but some of your Texas group will need to arrive early Wednesday to make sure you keep the space we marked off. I have been told they are expecting 3,000 participants and 40,000 spectators this year! Seems a bit inflated to me but, who knows.

Hey guys,
I will arrive Wednesday evening, trailer in tow. But only need a space one one night. I'm leaving the trailer at Hallett the remaining time. So count me in to reserve space for someone Thursday on.

BUzz, I appreciate the invite to the house. I will be arriving sometime after 5:00 to the Holiday Inn. I have my boys 16 and 13, and my friend Melvin and his son 16. We plan on coming over to meet with some of the group.
I look forward to seeing you all tomorrow...
Bests, James
