Jay,
That is empty until late September when I hope to get my car back. But I will still have plenty of room for at least two more cars.

Elaine and John,
So sorry to hear about the accident. John, follow the Dr's. orders and here's to a speedy recovery. Elaine, I know you are a good support for John at this time, keep it up.
We'll keep both of you in our prayers.

Went and saw Mr. Dean today. He's in good spirits. Upset that the stitches and staples messed up his new haircut.
He can't believe those silly doctors made him miss breakfast this morning at Dream Cafe.
He's grateful for the well wishes and looks forward to seeing the gang.
Elaine's doing better all the time. Keep those prayers coming!

May you have God speed with your recovery.
What on earth happened in the 4th of JULY parade that caused a roll over?

This thread is only about John
As I pointed out in the opening post, the accident that John was involved in was subsequent to the parade. There was no accident in the parade. For good reasons, we will not be rehashing the accident online .. I hope everyone understands and respects this. If John himself wants to start a thread on that when he is able, that is his right.

John was the first CCer to respond to my 1st post here when I put my Cobra on the road, and he was most welcoming to this unique band of "crazys".
Good luck and speedy recovery!

Thre are no good reasons for not rehashing at least the BASICS of how a Cobra accident happened. Such information is valuable to this community and does not infringe on privacy or legal issues. How is it possible a Cobra could flip and the passenger walk away unscathed, for instance? Seat belts? Roll bars? Speed? Curb? Spinout? What?

There's some merit to that. I know John only had this car for less than three months and there had been at least a couple of previous owners. Any chance there was a mechanical failure involved?

No doubt John would never want a similiar thing to ever happen to anyone else.
That being said...It is his story to tell. If he wants the world to know the details,he will tell the world via Club Cobra.
No one on this site has a right to know anything at all about the accident.
I am sure all of us wish John a speedy and complete recovery.

Lets John Tell his story if he wishes. Right now I only want his full recovery and the fact that people are wanting to know about the accident instead of John's health, bothers the sh!t out of me. In Texas it is about the people and not the Cars. John we wish you nothing but a speedy and full recovery.
