No Cobra, want to show up anyway
Even though I don't (as of yet...) have a Cobra, I'd like to show up at the hotel to talk with everyone, get to some of the cars up close, maybe get some ideas. My uncle from Ft. Worth may meet me there, driving his Vette (so we can have some good motoring too!). Looking at the agenda, it looks very active. When would be the best day/time to hang in the parking lot and talk cars: Saturday night? Not sure.
Also, since I'm officially a member of the Houston group, should I pay a registration fee anyway, if for no reason to help defray some of the costs? Don't want to get a rep as a moocher....
Hope to see everyone up there!

Come on Down
Alan,
I think Friday and Saturday would be your best bet. I think you'll have a blast no matter what day you decide. If you are a member of the crazy Houston bunch then you should register and due the paypal. This helps us defray some of the costs and help pay security for the cars. What ever is left over goes back to the clubs or we will make a donation to Operation Comfort. Come and enjoy the fun. No Cobras needed.

Help please!
I have tried to register on two different computers and so far make it all
the way down to the last item "road rally on Friday" and the window for
the yes/no reply will not open. Since it is a mandatory field, and I cannot
reply, I can't register. Anyone else out there having the same problem?
I have the hotel room but can't seem to register on line.
Any help so I can get registered would be appreciated.

I have the same problem...the last field seems frozen and it will not accept the registration since it is mandatory.

Thanks jdean, at least I am not the only one.
I will be coming from Hawaii but have the Kirkham in my second home
in Montgomery, TX. Looking forward to the visit and will be having a
family reunion with my son and his family, who will be coming from Pope
AFB in NC - after San Marcos.

Registration Problems
Guys,
We have had a couple of other guys with the same issue. We cannot figure out what is going on with the rally button. It works for most.
If you will PM me with your email address or cell number, I will get in touch with or send you an email so you can get me your information. Then I will manually load you in the system.
You can also get my cell or email information from the FAQ page on www.texascobrameet.com

Registration Problems Part 2
If you have had problems with the Road Rally question on the registration page and were not able to complete your registration, please try again after tomorrow afternoon. We are disabling the mandatory feature and the drop down menu. You can answer the question by typing Yes or No or skip it completely.
We are updating the website over the weekend with additional information and details of the meet. All updates should be posted by Monday.

Ken,
I have tried twice today and have managed to get everything entered but
then the register icon is unresponsive - doesn't work and eventually just
clears the data. Guess I'll have to call tonight. I am on Safari btw.

Go figure - I tried Firefox and it worked (I think) and I paid via Pay Pal
so should be good to go. Let the good times roll!
