To all who will be joining our caravan to San Marcos on Thursday morning.
Please meet at IHOP located at Alsbury and 35W South at 9:00 am this will be approx one mile North of Burleson, the IHOP is on the Northbound side of the highway. The IHOP backs up to a LOWES parking lot so there will be plenty of room for parking. We will be having breakfast here so don't worry if you get caught in traffic or find yourself running a little late we won't leave without you. We will also be stopping in Waco to let everyone strech there legs etc then on to San Marcos.
For the west side people going down thursday morning, you are welcome to join us.

Default Only Four More Days of Staging...

Going down 35E on Thursday morning, meeting 8:30am at Crackerbarrel works for me.

What about the McKinney crowd?

Chris, how is the oiling?

Default Thurs am from McK

John, I'm leaning toward an early departure around 6 am to get through Dallas before the rush hour. John Ross said he wants to leave 8:30-9:00, which will mean he will be behind you a couple hours. Who else is definitely traveling with you? Because if there isn't anyone, I'll just wait for you at the CB.

Thumbs up San MArcos

Don Barnes and myself are leaving from the TMS around 9am on Thursday, assuming nothing jumps up and bites us to keep us from leaving. We'll be in the TDE hauler and will see you all in San Marcos, sometime early Thursday afternoon.

We will be leaving the mound around 11 am to noon. Got the car running good and oil pressure seems to be better at 50 lbs. KCM (or C&S) replaced the oil cooler and lines (larger) When I said it was something easy I was correct...

I'm planning on leaving Forney at 9:00. If anyone would like to "hook up" on I-35 around 10:00, let me know.

I'm open to leaving later if that is what most would like to do. It looks like the rain might dictate when I can leave. If it's not raining early then I'm all for getting out of town asap because they don't have rain predicted for Waco south.

Richard, pending the weather, targeting 7:30 arrival at Crackerbarrel.

See you all on the road, or in the Hill Country.

Default CB at 7:30 or not!

I'm leaving McK at 6:00 am, barring unforeseens .. Probably will be at the CB by 7:30, given nominal traffic, no weather, yadda, yadda .. I will call Shelton when I arrive there if I do not see him.

Remain calm ... we don't all have to travel in a line ... and won't be able to. The road is just too busy for that. I will be stopping at the Flying J in Waco fer fuel

Exit 416 off I35E Southbound, then stay on the access road to the E Wintergreen Rd intersection. Then either turn right at the light and then left into the parking lot, or go through the light and enter off the access road.

Hey you early birds, aka: "cool kids"...save us a parking space. As an incentive, Jackie is bringing several dozen delicious chocolate chip cookies, and is willing to offer a special "trade-out" for a good parking space with the DFW crowd. See you all manana.

Looks like Bwana Gary is running late and will hook up with me tomorrow afternoon. I'm swinging by the Austin airport on the way down to pick up my daughter who is flying in for the meet. So save two spaces for Gary and myself.......... I'll even throw in some of Jackie's cookies too.

I've been looking forward to this for a long time. To the folks without enclosed trailers, don't forget a bucket and sponge.
