A fine time!
Apologies for not having any compelling photos .. but a report nevetheless. We had 12 Cobras and two vintage Shelby GT 350s motor in formation up the DNT frontage road from Starbucks. Two more Cobras came later, plus gramps in his 3000, and Jay showed up in his King Ranch. The event was as well attended as ever, maybe bigger, 250 cars perhaps. No Bugatti Veyron this time
The peanut galley along the frontage berm as the cars were exiting was twice as big as last month, and Plano PD was very visible. Except that they weren't visible until after the drivers did their burn-out ... Us Cobras quietly left by the rear exit this time
Luncheon afterward at a new place, Red's Bar and Grill in Plano, open air patio place off Preston Road, near Weir's. Great burgers, a varied menu. Definitely worth spending a monthly club meet there.
