I like my "funny looking" tires. They seem to work ok, but I dont drive my car that hard.....
How big are these? lol

How do you get a 275 street tire to ever put the power down? Even an FE would murder them...
Skinny tires just plain suck.
No offense....

D-Cell- "Funny looking", that's how I have mine, filled with tire,.... not a huge wheel. It makes the cobra look to much like a Hot Rod, and I love Hot Rods.

Funfer2
I was being sarcastic!
I run 275 and 325 MTs and love them
I can't say enough good things about them.
Totally different car on the drag radial

Jason- I was just TEASING !

I have the hard as nails, Eagle !!'s 295-50 on the rears right now, for the photo shoot and, just to try them out, the Good Year Billboards. I'm sure one day, I'll go to a drag tire for better grip.

I ran the drag race at SAAC-35 with my road race slicks. I'm very disappointed in their "cold" performance. It seems they offer little or no better traction than a set of Bill Boards when cold, and it takes a road race LAP to warm up!! Doing a burn out doesn't seem to get them hot enough to make any difference. Pretty much worthless on a drag strip and down right scary for the first lap on a road course.

But when they heat up, wow, stick like glue! I was having just a bit of understeer, the back was firmly planted.
