Stickiest tire's & center knock off's !
Hey guy's, I just wanted to get some opinions on what are the stickiest tire's to put on a Cobra for traction and all around ride? Also, does anyone know where I can get a set of 4 knock off center caps to fit my Haldibrands? I like the look of the rims on the car, but just think they would stand out a little better with the spin off's instead of chrome center caps. Please give me your thoughts.
LOOK HERE FOR PICTURE.
in desperate need of Halibrand 18x9 Cobra III wheel, please help !

Might help to let others know that you're running 17's, correct?

18's on a cobra ?
Are you wanting new wheels & tires, or add parts to what you have now ?

Try Team III Wheels for the spinners, I bought them for for my Halibrands that just had the caps. Got them in two weeks, great product. They only take orders by fax, but call and talk to Scott. They were 350.00 for all 4 spinners. Another place for some custom things for your Cobra is Dark Water Customs.

looking to just add the center spinners on the rim's, and possibly new tire's that get me better grip. The tire's on there now are 4 years old and I believe they have lost their softness.

Yama,
I run Toyo R888 all around and find they are very sticky, and do not lose grip over time (heat ccles) as much as the Kumhos.

Yeah, I am currently running the Perilli P Zero's and allthough I like the ride of these tire's, they really don't give me any traction at all out of the hole. I have a 400hp Hemi motor in the car and an automatic trans that is built, and when I hammer it and shift into second, it spins the tires for a good 50ft. This is when the tires have been driven on for awhile and are completley hot, but they just don't stick. I guess I am looking for something that won't break loose as easy as these Perilli's, these Perilli's are 4 years old and only have around 1000 miles on them. Someone told me that overtime they just lose their compound and get a little hard from sitting. I think thats whats going on with these. I won't be putting on a huge amount of miles on this car, but would like to make it a little safer when I get on it once in awhile.

Not sure if Mickey Thompson offers drag radials in that aspect ratio and for 18's, but I would think that any street drag radial would give you the bite that you desire.
