PS Engineering Vintage Wheels
Just want to give a BIG thank you to Phil Schmidt from PS Engineering Vintage Wheels.
I have a set of his 17" fully polished rims for my SPF, and one of my rims had a slight wobble in it, I tried searching for a rim repair shop in my neck of the woods (Canada) to look it over and to have it repaired, no one wanted to go near it. I call up Phil and explain the problem to him, he tells me to ship it out to him and he will have a look at it, well thats what I did, It arrived to him on a thursday and he had it fixed the same day, he calls me up to give me the details of the repair, I ask if he takes visa over the phone and he declines to accept, tells me not to worry about it, and he even says that he will be paying for the return shipping, NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have tried to contact PS Engineering by email and phone in the last couple of weeks to buy wheels. No response. Anyone know if Phil has gone out of business?

Very much in business, and very busy...! He is the only guy in the shop...call early in the morning, ~7AM west coast time.

I just ordered a set of 17s for my SPF cobra , Phil is hard to get a hold of , you just have to keep trying

Your right, I bought my wheels almost 17 yrs ago and still remember,how good it was dealing with him.They are beautiful wheels.
