Has anyone tried Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 tires? New rollers from Shelby are shipping with these instead of Goodyear. The dealer told me Goodyear stopped making the size used on the rear.

I installed a set last year, replacing Dunlop GTs on an ERA FIA. They rated higher than Goodyear and BF Goodrich on tirerack's review. I have maybe 1000 miles on them, and they feel as good as the Dunlops, and very adequate for street use. I don't take the car to it's limits, but have no complaints with the Indy500s.

I have the F/S Indy 500's. I like them, though I'm not tracking my car (yet) so I'm not really taking them to the edge. Hard sizes to find, and F/S was one of very few sources.
