I've got Vintage 427 wheels - that use the 5 pin adapter - wheels are great. Look great. Got about 6000 miles on them. Would get them again.

I have 21,000mi. on my pin drive wheels. Spinners, wheels & caps still look like new.
Wouldn't think twice if I was looking for wheels. You won't find better people to deal with either.

This is the look I'm after. The flat "deep dish" part of the wheels looks great !
Do all of these have this, or just if it's a very wide & big off-set/back spacing ?

Rickd- I see yours has that flat look. What size are they and what is the back spacing ?

Is this the wheel sold ny Vintage Wheels , from my link above ?

I have the first set of Vintage wheels to hit the US and love them, Vintage wheels does sell a bolt on wheel which does look like the one in the above photos and they sell a cover for the lug nuts to hide the ghastly fake look separately.

I have the 427-style pin drives on my ERA 289FIA (what can I say, I'm "different".) I love the quality of the wheels, and Bob was great to work with. I even had to have the wheels custom machined for the FIA backspacing and it was done perfectly. I give my highest recommendation without reservations to Vintage Wheels US.

I have just got my set for a self Christmas present and the quality and service was supurbbbbb,

One question for you chaps, the rim is a machined finish, very good quality, however do you all run it like that or do you flat and polish this and bring it up like a mirror.
Cheers

Default Polished Vintage Wheels

To polish, they need to be done professionally as a machine type polisher is needed. Hand would not cut it. Bob Lacey of Vintage Wheels US can have them polished before they ship if desired.

Or chrome plated.

Default Satin Black 17's

Sort of a polar opposite of the above post.

This just in: Satin black 6-pins for ERA2124 to be wrapped in 275/315 Hoosier A6. I expect I will like them very much.

As others have said, I can confirm that Bob @ Vintage Wheel has been fantastic to work with.

Another thumbs up for Bob at Vintage Wheels. Couldn't ask for better quality service, product or people.

Default Who polishes wheels?

LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO POLISH MY PIN-DRIVE/KNOCK-OFF TRIGOS.I WANTED TO GET THEM FROM BOB AT VINTAGE WHEELS,BUT WHEN I CALLED HIM TO ORDER THEM THE OTHER DAY,HE TOLD MY HE COULDN'T GET THE EXACT HALIBRAND REPLICAS RIGHT NOW,(HE SAID THE COMPANY THAT WAS MANUFACTURING THEM FOR VINTAGE SOLD OUT AND THAT HE WAS NOT SURE WHEN THEY WOULD BECOME AVAILABLE AGAIN).HE SAID HE HAD SOME OTHER POLISHED PIN-DRIVE KNOCK-OFFS,BUT THEY ONLY HAVE 5 SPOKES AND THE OUTER PART OF THE WHEEL LOOKS DIFFERENT.SO I BOUGHT A SET OF TRIGOS AND I WANT TO HAVE THEM POLISHED.DOES ANYBODY KNOW OF A GOOD PERSON/COMPANY WHO CAN DO THIS FOR ME,(AT A REASONABLE PRICE)?
