Let's have a little geometry quiz. If you have a circle, with a diameter of 26 inches, and you want to rotate it one quarter of the total circumference, how far will that be? What about rotating it twice that (exactly half). If you can figure this one out, I'll buy you a slice of pi.

I am not sure about your weather there, but I check my air pressure several times each Winter as they tires tend to lose some when not being driven quite a bit. And I even have enough room on my Kwil Lift ramps to move the car back and forth about 2 feet.

Well, for example, I don't have 20 inches of free space in my garage and you certainly would need additional free space in order to create a safe distance between what's stored in front of my Cobra and the garage door. And once you have the garage door open, I don't want my Cobra rolling into the car(s) parked outside the garage door.

And there's no proof that there STILL wouldn't be flat-spotting after all that work.

"Puss-arm"? While I've never heard that phrase before, actually quite the opposite, how much can you snatch, squat, clean & jerk and deadlift? And don't even talk to me, if you can't lift your own body weight.

Well I did look that up. HSPU, or Highly Seasoned Puréed Umeboshi, is something I do enjoy from time to time. And while I can't tell you exactly how many I can pick up at one sitting, because it depends on the size of the Japanese apricots used in the pickling, I can say that it, without a doubt, would be "several." So there.

Suffice it to say that there are several ways to lessen the potential for flat spotting, such as rolling a vehicle so that it alternately rests on different sections of the tire, placing the car up on jacks so that the tires are suspended, increasing the tire pressure (remember to decrease the tire pressure before driving again), etc. If you have serious race tires and you are living in a northern climate you may even want to remove the tires and place them in a heated area, as some race tires recommend that you do not let the tires freeze as it may compromise future performance.

Oh, and a recliner, so that when I want to just sit and watch the Kirkham with some popcorn, I have a relaxing spot.

I say rolling it back and forth 20" is useless. Revel in your tire flat spots. It's a badge of honor. It means your busy. Rolling your car back and forth means your Patrick.
