Goodyear Blue Streak Tire Question

Just bought a new set for my Cobra build (26.5-8X15 front and 26.5-10.5X15 for the rear). I've been researching what size/brand tubes to buy for these and have no idea which ones to buy.

There seems to be all sorts of different specs for tubes. I know a lot of Cobra owners run these tires. What brand and size tubes are you running? How do you determine valve stem location on the tubes? The stem holes in my wheels are offset from the center some (3/4" on the fronts and 1-1/4" on the rears).
