Vitour Tires
Is anyone using them? Your thoughts??

Yep, if you search the tire section several of us are trying these. Im using them on Fronts and have about 4,000 miles them and they work work great for the street.

has anyone compared them to Cooper Tires etc?

I have them on ERA 833. About 5k miles.
My previous ERAs had BFG, Billboards and M/T STs (I think these are the same as Cooper Cobra). The Vitours are at least equal to the BFG and M/Ts. They may be better, but the passing of time makes a comparison difficult. My gut says the Vitours have slightly better traction. They are certainly speed rated higher than the others. I would never have Billboards on a streetcar, so that comparison is easy. Vitour wins. I will buy Vitour again for my Cobra when the time comes. John |
John, I was looking for 295's on their site and could not find any. What size are you using in the rear?

295/50/15, I have Vitour Galaxy.
