Vintage Wheels: neighbor just switched to them
Terry Stapley switched from 5-spoke 17" Team III rims to 6-spoke 17" Vintage pin drive wheels!
He is very pleased:
Here is a close up:
Advantages:
- True knock off rims.
- Excellent worksmanship, beautiful finish
- Spokes painted like the original magnesium (more period correct)
- Machining on adapters perfect (pins concentric!)
- No lug nuts or covers
- Extemely attractive prices, see Vintage Wheels Website (Set of 4 $1095 plus adapters)
- Two choices of backspace 3.6" and 4"
- Two choices of diameter: 15" or 17"
- Excellent service of Mr. Bob Lacey phone 888-720-0459

Look nice, but will look better with safety wire.

Nothing beats a true knock off wheel, it is a conversation piece unto itself
