Default What's the best treatment for rim centers?
I have a set of really nice 15" Centerline rims (12" rears and 10" fronts) and would like to have the centers painted (or plated) bright gold. My car (a Butler cobra) is being repainted black and I saw a black Ford GT-40 with wheels wh/ had BRIGHT gold centers. Sort of like one of the Le Mans versions or the old Players Special Lotus F1 cars. I assued that these had been plated, but I could be wrong. In any case, if any of you know the process of how this is done, please let me know.
