Rim & tire purchases can sometimes drive you crazy. I just bought a new set of 15" Magnum 500s for my Mustang. I find there are not as many tire selections for 15" rims. Everything seems to be for 16"-18" rims. I chose to go with BF Goodrich G Force Drag Radials in the traditional pattern. I don't know how they will hook but I'm on the street rather then the track most of the time so am hoping they hold up decent for street use & hook when heated up good at the track for drags. Anyway, tire width was an issue, I need to fill the well but also clear fender lips, etc. There wasn't as many selections to choose from so I went a little wider then I ended up shortening the axle housing an inch on each side to keep all the tire under the car. You may want to consider a bigger rim to have more tire selection to choose from. I would look at gallery pics of different member's cars here & find a rim style you like & then research out the rim/tire size combinations that will work on your car. Good Luck & I hope you get exactly what you want & the perfect fitment, the First time.
