Red- make sure,.......to read the page, how to apply "Saran wrap" to your clean tires, so you don't get grass blades in the tire tread.

Your tires look great. I just returned a set back to Carroll Shelby. They looked like some 10 year old kid spray painted the letters and they were 1/2 off the original Good Year Markings. I paid $1,003.00 for a set.
I hope your tire paint lasts. When I tried to paint my tires with marking pen they cracked and yellowed in a few weeks.
But for now your's look great!!!!!!!!!!

I did the same to my earlier set of Dunlops and they cracked, too. Unfortunately most of the paint pens that you buy from crafts houses don't have the same flex agents and rubberized base that the Ranger stuff has.
Sorry to hear about the misplaced "stamp" on your first set. But we all have to realize that these are foremost racing tires and I don't believe Goodyear is investing a whole lot of effort in making them purty. What still confuses me is how their yellow lettered tires all look so much cleaner but these always look like crap. Must be using older molds and machinery...either that or they just don't give s#!t.

As noted above - they're here? Thanks for setting this buy up, once again.
Now, it's all about getting the white lettering right - sort of an unanticipated hassle, but that's life. I really cannot believe the level of slop job from Goodyear - some places no paint with others over painting at the sides of almost each letter.
Have you zeroed in on the best paint to use?
