TCC Austin Event
Just wondering if any of our TACC are going to the Austin event this year. I am going down, my first time, and would like to convoy down if anyone else is going. Sure ready for Tulsa Mid America. Finally get caught up with my work schedule and the friggin' weather isn't Cobra friendly. Sucks!!

Hey. I think we need a logo. Any of you guys graphics savvy?

Brad,
Beautiful car...will be looking for you in Austin. By the way, I have ordered a Dove puke tank....so, I was thinking I will just take yours in Austin and send you mine (rough casting and all) when it gets here from Dove. Good idea, right? LOL One day I spent a couple of hours looking at Oklahoma members to try to find your car again (could not remember your handle) so that I could print a copy of the pic showing the tank
Anyway, your tank is gorgeous. I will want to take a close look at it so I can try to reproduce it. Looking forward to meeting you.

A convoy to Austin is a good idea. When is the Austin event? I'm hoping to have mine finished this weekend, got the engine started & some bugs worked out of it. I'll be adjusting the clutch this Saturday & maybe, just maybe, it'll be finished!
Also would be nice to get as many TACC members as possible for the Mid America event, I'll be there with mine for sure.
I know of a guy that has already drew a couple of logos for us, a real artist! As a matter of fact, he painted my Cobra & is a member of TACC (you didn't meet him yet). He's just finishing up his 66 Mustang GT350 clone, very nice car.

The Austin event is 3/27 - 3/30. It is headquartered at the Marriott in Round Rock (just north of Austin).
Many are not showing until Friday, 28th. Go to the Texas Cobra Club site. All the details are there.

Brad I had planned on going but my cobra won't be back from the paint shop. If Jay will loan me one of his Cobra's to drive I will come down.
Expect a couple hundred Cobras in Austin. Great people and if you cruise into the hill country, that is really nice too! I wish I was going!

Doesn't look like I can make it, we're going to Alabama that weekend to see the grandkids. Maybe next time.
