1. Cruise to Lake Skiatook - Clois's idea
2. Cruise to Woolaroc, thru Bartlesville and back south down 69 into Pryor
3. Cruise to Oolagah Lake & Will Roger's birth place
4. Tahlahina cruise - Paul's idea

Shows:

This is part of the Gatesway Ballon Festival (used to be held in Tulsa)
Live DJ, Sock Hop after show
I'm entering my Cobra in this one

Bluegrass & Chili Festival
September 6, 2008
Claremore
Registration 8-12 trophies at 5:00
I'm entering the Cobra in this one
Contact: Claremore Chamber of Commerce for registration

Hot Night in August (Jenks)
August 16, 2008
On the aquarium grounds
Registration: 3-5 trophies at 7-8
I'll be entering this one

Be nice to have a good showing at one of these shows to get our club name out there!

About all for now, if anyone needs more info, drop me a line or give me a call.

Of course we can still get together in Tulsa during the week.

Anybody else with some ideas? Cmon, I need to put some miles on mine.

Randy

Randy,

I heard on the news last night the lake levels are all particularly high so a lake cruise might not be such a good idea right now unless we go back up to Grand Lake which seems to be immune to some of the problems of the local lakes (Ft. Gibson, Skiatook, Keystone, Oolagah etc.).

Give us a week or so to sort things out and I am all over a cruise. Of course I will need to find someone to bring their trailer and a 55 gallon drum of race fuel.

Clois

Default Help!

Clois,
If you have too much water, send some to Central Texas. We can't buy a rain shower down here.
y'all have a great cruise!

Not so sure I'm following your line of thinking about the lake levels, I'm not planning on putting my Cobra in the water.

Now, if the area is flooded, thats a different story. Oolagah is high but I went through there the other day, didn't even get the tires wet.
