Default Tues Night Cruise-In

A group of us for the the Bold Moves Mustang are headed to the Tues Night Cruise-In tonight at Fudruckers if any of you are interested.

I'd love to see a bunch of Cobras out there and get a chance to meet some of the members of TACC.

Can't make it tonight. I messed up my left knee Sunday helping a friend put siding on his house.

Hopefully it'll feel better by Thursday so I can get the Cobra out for the 4th. of July.

Yep that's it. Normally between 50-100 cars. Pretty neat.

I went out there last night and one Cobra showed up. It was only there for about 15mins. It parked right opposite of my Mustang (Yes I drove the Stang) Never got to meet the driver. Was it one of the TACC members? It was silver with lic plate that said "Slither". Beautiful ride.

Yep, that was Daren Lowe, he's in the club. His car is an RUCC kit, the same as mine & it is sweet! Thats the first Cobra I ever drove & I had a blast.

If you meet up with him again, introduce yourself, he's a great guy.

Sorry, I am interested, but tomorrow's my 30th. wedding anniversary, already have plans.

There's a small event going on in Catoosa this Thursday night at a small car museum, I don't have the details right now, I'll post them later.

I stopped by Fudruckers yesterday evening around 7:15. Lot's of great looking cars of all ages and states of restoration. In addition, there were a number of recent mustangs and one red cobra. Lookin' good!!!

Bob, I couldn't make it last night, 30th. Wedding Anniversary.

Although I just find it hard to bring myself to driving home from work in Tulsa to Claremore (30 miles) to get my Cobra & then head right back over to Tulsa for the cruise night. One of these night I just might.

Is that your blue Cobra in your gallery, it looks nice!

Is your engine finished yet? If not & if you need help installing it, just let me know.

Don't forget about the car show at the Cherokee Casino on Highway 20 on August 2nd. Hopefully our club will have a good turn out!

See ya,
Randy

Juggernaut: Yes, that is a picture of my car. I am very proud of it. The plan is for me to pick up the engine Friday, and Clois is going to come over Sunday to help me (read: Clois is the master and I, grasshopper, am going to learn how to install an engine).

Can't make the August 2 show. (Speaking of your wedding anniversary, we will be attending the wedding of a friend's son that day and enjoying our 34th anniversary that day). The show should be a lot of fun. Where else do you get to experience a hotair balloon show and a car show at the same time???
