Not to be flippant, but there is something broken in your transmission. The cost to rebuild a TKO600 with a "stuck in gear" problem, when you deliver the transmission to the rebuilder is going to be, roughly, about, near or so to, maybe $600.  Now you might consider some of the TKO "upgrades" that some shops offer, like the American Powertrain's 600Xtreme Upgrade that I've read about, but have no personal experience. A lot of shops upgrade the forks, gears, shafts, etc. with "higher quality" parts, freeze them so they're extra strong, etc. Again, I have no personal experience with doing that sort of thing, I've just read about it. This is not a huge problem, but it will require you to pull the transmission and take it to somebody.
