Default Clutch identification

I have a Superformance 1997 model, that came with a 351 windsor and a tremec 3550. I have clutch slippage and wonder if it could be due to weak springs after 18 years. I would like to replace the clutch and pressure plate setup. I am hoping for identification so that I can preorder the equipment so that when I place this on the lift I can remove and replace all at the same time
I have a hunch that it was standard ford setup. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I wouldnt pre-order in case there is a difference - usually a Cobra/King Cobra (M7560C302) setup will work - the key here is that your spline **** on your 3550 input - 10 spline or 26 spline --

also - verify your clutch hardware (bolts attaching the clutch cover to the flywheel ) are good bolts ( ARP ) and that all is good back there - usually we recommend the surfacing ( refinishing ) of the flywheel at this time. -

And also replace the throw out bearing and pilot bushing/bearing (as the case may be) while in there. It seems if not replaced at the same time, they are often heard of failing in short order just due to bad karma or something.

Thanks for the reply, I think I will disassemble and then order parts. It will take a bit longer but if I start in mid April I can be on the road in a couple of weeks,
