Default T5-Z to TKO-600 swap

In changing over from a 393W stroker to a 446 Dart small block in my CR 427 I'm also changing out the tranny from a T5Z ( which aside from the .67 fifth that I can't stand I've had fantastic luck with) to a TKO-600 for the extra strength and the .82 final gear ratio.
I read that a different bellhousing is needed and that the shifter location might be different, but am uncertain of any other changes that need to be made.
Can someone please tell me the difference in the bellhousings and any and all other changes that I will have to make to install this new tranny in place of the old one?..( driveshaft input spline?, shaft length?, crossmember?, shifter location?, input spline?, etc., etc.)
Thanks very much!
Regards to all,
Bill

Bill:

The Super Chevy Show is coming up (in Pomona, CA) you should make a point to make it to the show. Tremec has a big display plus we will have a booth there. We do Chevy TKO's but should be able to help you out with questions or get Tremec people to asnwer questions for you.

Here's our web site (www.ClassicChevy5Speed.com) and maybe some info on it can help you out. Give me a call or e-mail if you have questions.

Thanks, Scott
