Default Ford 392W, which bell housing/ Clutch ?

I am putting a Ford Motor Sports 392W into a Backdraft racing Cobra. It has 430HP with 450 Torque. Which Bell Housing/ Scatter Shield/ Clutch should I use and which ones should I definetly not use. I heard that scatter shields are great for safety but reduce ground clearance. If I go with a better clutch is there a less likely chance of a failure, thus reducing the need for a scatter shield. Are there any down sides of upgrading the clutch, like increased pedal pressure?

Which transmission are you planning on using?

I'm thinking I would be using either the Lakewood, or Ford Racing/Mcleod scattershield with the clutch that close to my knees with that kind of horsepower.- Bob
