Question Help identify Contemporary Slave Cylinder

It's leaking and I need to find out what it is and where to buy rebuild kit.

It looks like an ACCO to me! Most speed shops will carry a rebuild kit. Or, you can buy a new one for around $100.00.

Thanks for the fast reply, but, I did a search on that brand and cannot find anything. I feel since the 3 master cylinders are CNC, this must be. I just want confirmation.

Generally the hydraulic cups & seals are universal once the inside and outside diameters of the rubber parts have been determined. Measure the diameters and width and begin checking various sources such as NAPA, Moss Motors, or any other source that services British Cars, even Mini City (in your area).
