[double ugly]

Can anyone tell from this code which toploader we're looking at? Close ratio verses wide.

The number on side is C4AR-7006-A There's a number below it that starts with a W-2C"8?"5 "7?"

Gear ratio is determined by tooth count on second gear.
If it has 28 teeth, it’s a close ratio. If it has 31 teeth, it’s a wide ratio.

There should be a metal tag on the side of the tranny with letters and numbers. if not you have to do a tooth count on second gear.

If the tranny has ever been rebuilt, then there is a chance the gears may have been swapped
