Default Amsoil in the trans

cobra if you can gets amsoil oil over there, this would be the first choice. It will take the heat better than any other oil in the trans. At the minium you should run a FULL Synthetic oil. I race with a 6 spd richmond and have heat shielding on my car, I had to go to a better oil, the trans would stop shifting after 20 minutes on the track. For street use you should not need this oil, but it couldn't hurt??Rick L.
