Default Shifter positions TKO600

Just putting a TKO600 behind the 545BB in the cobra. I need to know the measurements of the shifter positions if anyone can help me out!!! I've had a couple of conflicting measurements don't know if I need to go midshift or not!!

You can bolt a plate to the shifter coming out of the trans and direct it anywhere you want.

I moved mine five inches forward.

I think you can download the trans specs off the net.

BTW, it doesn't like to shift gears above 7K.

If you use a Quicktime bellhousing and a TKO the bellhousing depth is 7.05 inches deep. I have attached a Tremec document with dimensions to the different shifter positions they support.

Take a good look at the Quicktime bellhousings - I think you'll be impressed. I have a lakewood and it is significantly heavier.

Good luck on your build.

Ed

Sorry for the false alarm. The website places a 39KB limit on pdf uploads and the tremec document exceeds the limit. You can still get it by going to the Tremec website and downloading from their documentation page.
